This Site and its Content are intended for customers/Agent of OrderPainting. You may not use this Site or the Content for any purpose not related to your business with OrderPainting. Any use of the Content, this Site or any of its functionality for a purpose not permitted by these Terms is grounds for the immediate revocation of any usernames, passwords or other permissions that may have been granted by OrderPainting for use of this Site.

We are extremely concerned to protect your privacy and confidentiality. We understand that all users of our site are quite rightly concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them, and will not fall into the hands of a third party. Our policy is both specific and strict. If you think our policy falls short of your expectations or that we are failing to abide by our policy, do please tell us.

You can revise your portrait throughout the production of your portrait, our artists would upload most updated digital photos of your portrait each and every stages. So you can supervise the progress of your portrait and communicate with our artist directly by OrderPainting website.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied when or before you receive the paintings, you should contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving the artwork and advice the reason of dissatisfaction. (to help us improve our future orders).

In any event the artwork/s arrive damaged, we will redo the paintings while bearing additional direct costs accrued until completion of sales transaction.
